How to measure your package or shipment?

International shipping is charged based on volumetric weight or actual weight in Kg of the package (whichever is higher).

Hence, it is important you measure your package and take pictures if possible before shipping.

Dimensions / Size:
Measure the height, width and length.
The length is always the longest side.

Use a bathroom scale to weigh your package.
Make sure it includes all the packaging as well before weighing.
Be as accurate as possible to ensure you pay the right price.
Your packages will be checked by SHYFT and an additional charge may be added if the weight is exceeded the mentioned amount.

You will have to mention the value of the items (in AED) before you send a package. For new or used items, make sure it reflects the current retail or market price.
